- This can be changed, though. If we get an HTML3 browser, then we can write
- pages in HTML3 and put little "This site optimized for use with HTML3" and
- a link to Aweb's page or whatever. NHTML is a defacto standard because
- people are using it, and people are using it because it is a defacto
- standard. The only way to correct the situation is to take a stand and
- Do The Right Thing even if it results in a (hopefully brief) period of
- unpopularity. Every time you use NHTML extensions, you are virtually
- sending money to Netscape. We need a good HTML3 browser so that we can
- break the cycle.
